What is UCAN's return policy for wholesale orders?

UCAN will offer full wholesale cost credit or equal exchange on any unopened products (full unopened boxes of Edge, Bars & Hydrate only) returned within 6 months of purchase. Packaging of products being returned must be in original condition.

What happens if my UCAN products arrive damaged? 

UCAN will replace any product that arrives damaged provided that UCAN is notified of said damages within 48 hours of arrival. 

What happens if my UCAN products expire? 

UCAN will issue a credit for 50% of wholesale cost on any expired product within 6 months of purchase.
