I'm having trouble accessing my account. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble accessing your account (password reset is not sending an email or the system is not recognizing your email), you likely need to activate your account.  Click HERE to set up a password with your email.  

If you are a long-time customer, we recently transitioned our online store to Shopify in July 2023.  If you are having trouble accessing your account, it is because you need to set up a new password with your email.  Please click the link above to do this.  

We were unable to carry over customer purchase history when we transitioned to shopify.
