What should I do?</strong></h3><p>If you&#x2019;re having trouble accessing your account (password reset is not sending an email or the system is not recognizing your email), you likely need to activate your account. &#xA0;Click <a href="https://ucan-2023.myshopify.com/account/register">HERE</a> to set up a password with your email. &#xA0;</p><p>If you are a long-time customer, we recently transitioned our online store to Shopify in July 2023. &#xA0;If you are having trouble accessing your account, it is because you need to set up a new password with your email. &#xA0;Please click the link above to do this. &#xA0;</p><p>We were unable to carry over customer purchase history when we transitioned to shopify.&#xA0;</p><p>If you are still having trouble after trying the above, please contact &#xA0;<a href="mailto:info@ucanco.com">info@ucanco.com</a> for assistance. &#xA0;</p>
