How do I access my UCAN customer account?

After placing your first order, you will automatically receive an email from us asking you to activate your account. If you don't activate your account, your email won't be recognized. Be sure to allow emails from @ucanco.com to come to your inbox, and check your spam folder if you don't see an activation email.

If you're not receiving the activation email, or password reset email, simply go to this registration page, fill in your details and follow the instructions. You'll also have the ability to create an account when you make a purchase or begin a subscription.

Did you know UCAN recently moved to Shopify?

If you've been a long time customer of UCAN and are having difficulty logging into your account, it's more than likely due to your new Shopify account not being activated. To activate your account, go to this registration page, fill in your details and follow the instructions.
