What should I do if I receive an error message on the UCAN subscriptions website?

If you receive an error message, please wait a few moments and try again. If that does not work, please take a screenshot and contact [email protected] for support. Please detail exactly what you are trying to do and include the screenshot of the error that is occurring, and we will help you get to the bottom of it! 


Can I pause or change the frequency of my subscription?

Pausing your subscription is an option available under your account settings. Here is a short video showing you how you can modify your subscription frequency by pausing, skipping, choosing a new renewal date via a calendar, and even swapping your frequency to 4, 6 or 8 weeks. 


How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, scroll to the bottom of your subscription dashboard page and click "Cancel".


What happens to my account when my subscription ends?

When your subscription ends, you will no longer be charged or receive products. If you keep your UCAN account, you can always go back and re-activate your subscription in the future if you want
