What are the different subscription plans available?

We offer various subscription plans in 4, 6 and 8 weeks cadence which can be found on our Subscribe & Save page. You will get 15% off your first order and 25% off every subscription order after in perpetuity, so long as your subscription remains active.

Can I switch between subscription plans?

Yes, you can switch between subscription frequency plans through your subscription dashboard.  Here is a short video showing you how.

How do I know if I am receiving the 25% off discounted pricing in the subscription platform if there is no discount in the discount section?

The pricing in the subscription platform is defaulted to 25% off for both subscription items and one-time add-on items. The discount line will only show a discount if you have an eligible coupon code tied to your order. You can also always cross-check the price of your item in the UCAN subscription platform to the retail price on our website to ensure you are receiving the right pricing.

Are coupon codes and promo sales eligible on first-time or renewal subscription orders?

Coupon codes and sales run by the brand are not eligible on first-time or renewal subscription orders that are already discounted unless otherwise stated by the brand.
